Raw speckled carafe

The carafe is part of ARAVA COLLECTION. 

The pieces in this series are deliberately unglazed at the surface, to enhance the rawness of the clay and to show the texture and color of the clay after firings.

The carafe is thrown on the wheel, and glazed in white matt.

Made with high fired speckled stoneware clay.

While the pieces are dishwasher, microwave and oven safe,

I recommend washing them by hand in order to preserve them.
